SHIPPING POLICY

At Impex Distributors Limited we aim to have your purchase sent out to you within 5 working days (unless otherwise stated). We work with NZ Couriers and Post Haste to ship your orders nationwide. Pick & pack and transit times will vary depending on restocking items but as a guide – Auckland wide 1-3 working days Outside of Auckland and South Island 2-5 working days

All deliveries are by courier so we need a physical address, not a Post Office Box.

If you haven’t received your purchase within 7 working days please contact us on info@journeytothetable.co.nz with the details of your purchase and we will look into it for you.

Damages: Any claims for carrier damaged items must be submitted to our Customer Service within 24 hours after receipt of your delivery. Impex Distributors Limited cannot be responsible for, nor issue a refund for any carrier damaged goods if notified more than 24 hours after the date of delivery. To ensure a prompt resolution to your situation, please keep the box, packing materials, and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. Any refund or re-ship will be processed following inspection of the product.

Shipping rates and transit times vary but as a guide orders over $100 + GST are freight free. Transit times within Auckland are 1-2 working days, outside of Auckland and South Island are 2-4 working days. Damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
